Solving of suggestions for articles' improvement

If this function is on (Settings -> Plugins) your users can rate articles or send you suggestions for articles' improvement. Thanks to feedback from users you can find a way to enhance your articles and improve your customer experience in communication with your users.

In section Articles you'll find a bookmark Articles with unsolved suggestions. If you have an unsolved suggestion, it contains a label with the number of unsolved suggestions.

Clicking on the bookmark All suggestions will get you to a web page with all the improvement suggestions. In standard view you can see all of them, if you want to display only solved, unsolved or declined, use the filter.

The improvement suggestions will also appear at the particular article, which concerns the suggestion.
