What is the Beyond documentation

The articles created in the Beyond app can be used not only as slide-out windows, but also as an articles database. This database is often used for a help centre, etc.

All of the marked articles will be showing up in the same place. That can be even under your own domain. Place a link to a database on your website and customers can easily find the information they want. If there is an answer to the customer's question in your texts, he is certainly going to find it.
